The practical version is underrated. Most of the policy debate treats AI accuracy as a dial you turn to max. But anyone actually helping people with it learns fast that the useful sweet spot isn't perfection — it's enough signal to act on while leaving room for the human to stay in the loop. The welfare curve shows up in the math, but practitioners tend to find it first.
